Sometimes half-caf coffee just does not taste as good as full caffeine coffee. I'm Jina with WTI and when I first tasted this half-caf 50 -50 coffee from The Bean Coffee Company, I was completely blown away by its flavor. It was rich, full-bodied, and not weak in taste at all. I love having this half-cafine, half-tea-caf option because I love having the flavor of good coffee, but I don't want to risk being up all night. Now if you've ever worried that the beans you're getting are not fresh, I love that these are made to order. They don't roast them beforehand. They wait until they get your order to process the beans and that guarantees that they're going to be freshly roasted by the time they arrive at your doorstep and that really comes through with the taste. Generally, I'm not a black coffee drinker. I like to add some cream and a little bit of sweetener into mine, but I did find that this was smooth enough to drink without those. You're going to be so pleased with the coffee you get from this little roastery in California and that's my point of view.
