It's a blend of fruits and vegetables. I really, really love it. It's so easy to use. All you do is scoop one scoop out of the container into a glass of water or your favorite juice or a smoothie and it will give you 50% of your daily fruits and vegetables. And you could use it twice a day and you get added benefits. So this is a really great tasting juice. Let me show you how it works. You want to remove the scoop. You want to give it a nice shake. So once it's all blended, you take your water, eight ounces or more, or smoothie or juice and you just only need one scoop of the mix. You put it into your water and then you just mix it.
