It is minty and you can definitely taste the mint and it's got that nice refreshing tingle to it in your mouth but it is not overpowering and it has a nice blend of earthiness to it as well. It's just the perfect cup of tea. I love these because they are in individually wrapped sachets so you can pop a couple of these into your purse or in your desk at work and take them with you. It just takes a couple of minutes to steep and you can drink it just as is or it is also delicious with a little swirl of honey. Either way it is sure to please. This is also a caffeine free tea and it has a nice calming effect so if you are looking for a really nice tea to wind down with at the end of the night this is a really great option that I would for sure recommend. I absolutely love this refreshing mint tea from TAZO and that's my point of view.
