So it comes with 20 tea bags in a box. Each tea bag is individually wrapped. So I let it steep for about four to five minutes and I don't add anything to it. I love the taste of it on its own and it just has this flavor that's vibrant and fresh. I would describe it as both exhilarating and yet somehow soothing at the same time. So it's caffeine free so that means you can enjoy it anytime day or night. I personally like to enjoy it later on in the evening and I'll also add that my husband is not typically a tea drinker, but he really enjoys this one.
