Swissmar Aluminum Grill Plate

Hi, I'm Brittany with WTI and it's so nice to be able to have some friends over and enjoy a meal together. So I really like this Swissmar raclette with grill plate. The first time I actually ever saw anything like this was with our friends from France. It actually originated in France. The word raclette comes from a type of cheese they have, raclette cheese. It tastes a lot like Parmesan cheese. It's very, very good. And the traditional meal is you have potatoes grilling on the top and then you melt your cheese in your personal pan with different types of meats. And then you pour it on the potatoes and eat it. It's very, very good. But what is amazing about this is that it allows you to do so many things. We have done Korean barbecue with it. We've done shish kebabs. We've done make your own pizza. And that's what's so nice because it has four separate pans on each side so eight people can personalize their own toppings. We've had it where you can even make your own sauce for pasta. We've had pasta pre-made on the side and then you can do a white sauce, a red sauce, all the ingredients and seasonings are on the side and you can just do whatever you want. It kind of turns eating together as friends or family into an activity, a fun event where everyone can be creative and can try new things. It's a real fun thing to have for when you're having some friends over, for when you want to have a little party and want to do something a little bit different. I love it. We were super excited when we finally got our own and we have come up with so many fun recipes on it and I'm sure you will too. And that's my point of view.
