Hi everyone, it's Shaina from WTI. Let's make some hot cocoa. Well this hot cocoa mix is from Swiss Miss in the milk chocolate flavor and this is their reduced calorie line. There are eight envelopes inside and each envelope is 40 calories. You can enjoy this hot or even cold. You can make the infamous frozen hot chocolate and I do love that it's made with premium cocoa and not fat milk. You can definitely make this with hot water but I like to make it with non-fat milk and my milk has protein in it, added protein in it, so I do get the extra protein that I need for the day and I like to make it over the stove top and I have this really good snicker seasoning that I'd like to add to it, give it extra yumminess. So I am trying to be in a calorie deficit and to lose some unfortunate pounds that I've gained. So I'm glad that I'm able to have hot cocoa and still stay on track and as I was making this hot cocoa I did realize that I had no marshmallows but I still wanted the marshmallow taste but I just added some marshmallow fluff and marshmallow whipped cream and it was so yummy. So I'm happy that I'm able to have this hot cocoa and stay on track and it's perfect for those who are on the keto diet because it's only five net carbs so you too can enjoy a steaming cup of hot cocoa and that's my point of view.
