Hey it's Juliette from WTI and I want to talk about something that gives me a little bit of a boost in the afternoons. So this is my Swanson's Balance B200 complex. I originally wanted this because it has around 8 different kinds of B vitamins in it. So it is a good complex and for me personally I don't like taking multiple pills. I'm fortunate enough to remember to take one. So definitely if I'm gonna take a bunch of different Bs it's just not gonna happen. So I like to have it all in one which is like why? And it's not big. So if you see it's a very average pill size, probably the size of like a dime. And it's easy to take. So pills are easy for me to swallow to begin with but this I have no issues. It has so many B things in it and it gives me energy like I said. I don't take it in the evening because then sometimes I have issues sleeping but this has been really great. It makes me feel good and that's my point of view.
