New Star Foodservice Wooden Pizza Peel

Hi, I'm Malitha with WTI. Pizza night in my house has gotten so much better because I've been using this wooden pizza peel by New Star Food Service. I love it. It is so, so convenient and so easy to use because it's lightweight. The handle is the perfect size. This is the 12 by 14. So it's 12 by 14 inches. It's 14 inches from top to bottom and 12 inches across. If you add the handle, you have 22 inches. So it makes it so much easier and convenient to deal with a hot oven. It allows you not to get your fingers burned or touch any hot surfaces. It's perfect for my kitchen and perfect for my needs. I love it. It has this one inch bevel that makes it easy to slide under the pizza from a hot oven and get it right out. So not only is it perfect for putting the pizza in the oven, but it's perfect for removing the pizza. So this one is the 12 by 14 wooden pizza peel. It is about the same size as my metal pizza peel. I love the way that my round 12 inch pie pan fits perfectly on this wooden pizza peel. So the New Star Food Service wooden pizza peel has been an excellent addition to pizza night. I love it. I highly recommend it. And that is just my point of view.
