Splendor Board Game

Hi guys, it's Brooke with WTI. I love playing games, but I'm really bad at learning them. I can't remember the rules and I most of the time don't even know what's going on. When our friends introduced us to this game, Splendor, I was really excited and I bought it right away the same night. It takes hardly any time to set up and it's honestly so easy to learn you're going to love it. One of my favorite parts is how fast the game goes. So you can never get bored. It's about half an hour on average and every game is different because the cards are always different. The point of the game is to be the first person with 15 points. So you have to get the gems to get each card. So this one will take one white, one green, one red and one brown. And then you have that card for the rest of the game. And so that will now count as a blue. So if you wanted this one, that card would count as one of the blues towards it. These little ones are bonuses. So you have to have the actual cards of each of these to get them, but you just win these free points. So it helps you to get to your 15 faster. Some people like to go for the bonuses to get to their points and some just go for the cards to get their points. You can do it either way. People have one both ways, whether you're a pro at games or just a newbie like me and can barely figure them out. Splendor is the game for you. But that's just my point of view.
