I just insert it into the soil and within seconds I can see if my plants need water, more light or if the soil conditions need adjusting. I use it for my indoor plants but it's also great for the garden, lawn or even larger outdoor spaces. For me, this is such an easy way to understand what my plants actually need and keep them looking happy. I don't know much about plants so that's why I really needed this gadget in order for me to take good care of them. And so if you're looking for something like this and you are not so good with plants, this is good and that's my point of view.
