My favorite way to use this is when I'm taking my breakfast on the go. I put my sandwich on the top, chocolate milk on the bottom, and it fits right in the cup holder in my car. The snack lid is easy to flip, and the straw has a ridge on it so it doesn't fall out of the cup. The drink portion of this Snackeez holds a full 16 ounces of liquid. And here is one of the greatest parts of this Snackeez. If you accidentally turn it on its side, the liquid in the cup doesn't leak. And the snack portion of this cup holds about 8 ounces of Cheerios, which is about 1 cup. I really enjoy using my Snackeez when I'm on the go and still want to snack. And I think you will too.
