Hey, it's Megan with WTI and I am so glad that gluten-free crackers have come such a long way. A perfect example of that are these Simple Mills Garlic and Herb Seed Flower Crackers. Gluten-free crackers used to leave so much to be desired. They used to be kind of bland and brittle or they were kind of soggy and not with a cracker texture. I cannot say that at all about these Simple Mills crackers. These are the kind of crackers that if you're using them to entertain and feed your guests at your home that everybody will love whether they eat gluten-free or not. I think they are an excellent size for topping with different ingredients or for dipping. They are everything that I expect from a cracker. They have that perfectly satisfying crunchiness and crispiness. The garlic and herb seasoning is perfect. It's not overdone and I also find them perfectly salted too. I find these amazing to snack on on their own right out of the box but I especially like to pair them with some cheese, some colbassa sausage, and some fruit and have kind of a charcuterie style lunch with them. These crackers are so flavorful and crunchy. I love having them in my cupboard anytime I get a snack attack and that's my point of view.
