So if you're an office worker and you really want that option to be able to stand or sit, I think this is a great desk you should look into. Here you have your up and down. It's super easy to use. The mechanism that raises the desk works really well in my opinion. And you also have the option to create presets. So I love that if I want to stand, I have that option here. I can stand and work or when I'm ready to take a little break, I can very easily lower the desk to be able to sit and work as well. I also like that it has this cable hole in the back. I personally love organizing things and keeping everything looking nice. So I think that's great for keeping your cables looking good. And of course the size is great. To me it's just right. You have plenty of room for your laptop and your books or whatever else you want to keep on your desk. So overall I'm very impressed with this product and that's my point of view.
