A common shoe size. I wear size eight. It fits perfectly. My feet fit in there nicely. My husband wears a size 13. His feet fit in there too just as well. So I wouldn't go much higher than a men's 13 because his do fit snugly, but they fit and he still gets a really nice massage on his feet as well.
