Hi, Aletha here with WTI and this is my Shark Professional Steam Mop. This is by Shark. It is a really good steam mop. It's so light. It's so easy to use. All you do is fill it with water. It has a reservoir here in the back. You open up the little cap. You fill it with water and then you press the button in the front and it's blinking because it's waiting to heat up. What I also like about this mop is that it has a mop head that can come off and all you do once you're done is throw it in the wash and clean it and then you're ready to go for the next sign. Okay so now once it's ready I'm going to either press either dust or mop and in this case I'm going to do mop. So you can see the steam coming out and it really does a great job and you can hear the steam and the head squiggles and I can go under the table, between the chairs with no problem and when you're done all I do is press the button and it stops. Okay so that is the Shark Professional Steam Mop. I love it. I highly recommend it and that is my point of view.
