When we take Joey for walks, we like to give him the illusion that he can wander as far as he wants. I'm Gina with WTI and something that helps us to do that is having a long retractable leash from Sevy. This is a 26-foot leash. Joey doesn't even really realize that we have him on it until of course we need him to come back. And when we do, there's a nice break on it that allows you to stop him from wandering into neighbor's yards or off on areas he shouldn't be. This is a really nice high-quality leash. It has a nylon tape that doesn't get tangled and retracts nicely into the mechanism. The handle on this is comfortable so that makes it nice to walk not just for the dog but also for you. Now although Joey's only 15 pounds, this leash can handle dogs up to 100 pounds. This has been a really nice solution for us when we want Joey to be able to wander but still keep control and that's our point of view.
