Our Point of View on Serenilite Exercise Stress Ball Bundles

Hey guys, this is Danielle with WTI here and I'm here sharing with you Serenilite. They're stress balls or you can use these for physical therapy, strengthening in your hands. So these are really cool balls. I like to have a variety of things in my office to help relieve any sort of stress. So that's why I got these, but these are really great if you have had any issues at all and you need physical therapy in your hand or you're working anything. I'm going to show you a little bit up close, but there's going to be a soft, medium and hard ball so you can work your way up. And I'm going to show you those. So a little bit about these stress balls. They're actually, this is a sleek fabric on the outside. The middle is supposed to have a gel core and the rest of it is a foam. So that's why this doesn't squish all the way. You're actually putting pressure on the foam and each of them is a small, soft, medium and hard. As you can see there, these are a pretty good size. They're in between a golf ball and a baseball, so they fit perfectly in your hand. If you're looking for some stress relief, I highly recommend this and that is my point of view. Thank you.
