Our Point of View on Sephora's Outrageous Lip Gloss

Hey everyone, it's Alexa from What Tools Inside and I just wanted to share with you my favorite lip plumper lip gloss. It is the shade Outrageous from the brand Sephora. It is in a super super cute packaging. I super love it. I love the size of it. It's easy to put into your purse or your pocket when you're going somewhere. But I also love that it doesn't have an overbearing burning sensation like you will find that most lip plumpers have. This one is super super subtle and it goes on almost clear. It does have a super tiny bit of a tingle but that's just what gives you the lip plumped effect. I super appreciate that it is not overly sticky. It goes on super super smoothly and a little goes a long way which I super love. So if you are looking for a slightly tingling very mild lip plumper, I highly recommend this one to you. But that is just my point of view.
