Hey guys, it's Lisa with WTI and I wanted to share with you a product that I use all the time. This is the Senokot Laxative Tea with Sena and Chamomile. I find that regularity is an issue for me, especially when I travel. And when I found this, what my favorite thing is, is they are individually wrapped sachets of tea bags. So when I travel, I put two or three of these into my travel bag and if I'm finding that there's an issue with being regular, I have my tea with me. To use hot water, you steep the tea bag. I usually do it for about 10 minutes. I take this at night before I go to bed. It is a caffeine free product, so there's no issue with a problem with sleeping.
