I cannot get enough of it. This is an organic raw New York wildflower honey that has been infused with a bunch of really delicious things that make this the perfect topper for just about anything. So I have been really loving putting this on so many different types of food from tacos to eggs to putting it on ramen on your fried chicken. Anything that you put this on is only made better. This honey is so delicious. It's got that beautiful floral honey note to it. But then all of the other additional ingredients really just make this a super savory item. So this has some surprising ingredients like ground shiitake mushrooms and seaweed. And while you don't taste seaweed in this, it just has a deeply savory and umami flavor that makes you just keep coming back for more. So you really can put this on anything and it tastes incredible. So you want to stir this really well because I found that all the little topping ingredients kind of float to the top. So you want to get them really mixed in well because you want to have that perfect bite.
