It's a small little device and it measures the oxygen, saturation of your blood and also your heart rate. Now this can be great for so many different things. We keep it in our first aid kit. It's so incredibly easy to use. It comes with two AAA batteries, also a lanyard and this cute little holder that is velcro so it's easy to get out if you are in an emergency. It's very fast to use. All you need to do is turn it on. You can put a finger or thumb in. I find my thumb works pretty well and then you're just going to wait maybe five to ten seconds for a result and there you go. So the top number is my oxygen and the lower number is my pulse rate. It can come in handy in an emergency or maybe if you're doing sports or you have a medical condition. I like that it's so simple and easy to use. I think this is a great product. I highly recommend it and that's my point of view.
