It's beetroot and it really helps to increase your blood flow. And I found that my muscle soreness was so much better. I even ran two miles after not running for months and months. I had been taking this regularly and the next day I was still a little bit sore as you would expect after running two miles. But I could walk up and down the stairs just fine. I could sit down and stand up and I didn't really feel it. And that was great because then the next day I still felt like working out. These are in an easy to swallow capsule. It is recommended that you take two daily. So I simply take two with my morning glass of water or my morning coffee. If you are someone who has eaten beets before then you know that they can affect you when you go to the bathroom. I didn't have any issues with taking them in a capsule form which is really nice because then I wasn't afraid that I was going to die. These vitamins are also gluten, dairy, and soy free which is awesome if you're someone like me who can't have gluten and you have to read every label. I'm really happy that I found these supplements and added them to my morning routine. So try these out. They have been awesome for me and I hope they're awesome for you. That's my point of view.
