Hey there, it's Jene with WTI. So if you're looking to purchase a tablet that is user-friendly, I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy Tab A. Now this is the 2019 8-inch version and I purchased this for my mom who is sort of learning to become more tech savvy and so this was perfect for her because it's not too complicated. She was able to set it up all by herself without any help. Now she uses her tablet for some very basic things such as reading and watching videos and so the display on this tablet is just beautiful. It's nice and bright so it's easy on the eyes and the sound quality is actually very impressive. It's super clear and it gets quite loud as well. Now my mom mentioned she really likes the touch interaction on this tablet. It has a nice little vibration whenever you press one of the apps or if you're using the navigational features and the size really works for her as well. It's only 8 inches. I'll compare it with my hand so you can see it's really not that big so easy to take with her to work if she wants to do some reading on her break. So this has been working out really well for her. Like I said, it's great for just everyday basic things so totally recommend this tablet and that's our point of view.
