I know it is very reliable. Also, I love the app to see all your progress. In the app, you can put your measurements. The way that this scale works is going to show you on-frogg your weight. Besides that, on the app, you can see different measurements that you have. It tells you your body index, it tells you how much muscle you have, and also it tells you about measurements. You can just add your measurements there. What I also like a lot is that if you are on the scale, it can detect that it is not you. It will ask you if it's another person.
