REDLIRO Under Desk Treadmill

Hey, it's Kate with WTI and I am currently standing on the REDLIRO 2-in-1 Treadmill. Now this is a 2-in-1 treadmill so that means that you can have the arm up like I do right now or you can flip this down and it fits right under your desk. So if you're stuck at the office all day, maybe you work at home and you don't want to be sitting, you can use this right under your desk especially if you have a standing desk and you can walk while you work. Now it also is so easy to store. I can fit this right under my bed. You can just put it up against the wall in a closet. It's really, really easy and compact so you can store it without any issues. It's also really easy to wheel around. My son is only 12 and he brings it from room to room as I need it and sets it up for me so that's really convenient as well. So one of the first things I notice is the safety features. So you want to clip this onto your body when you're ready to walk or run and then if ever something were to happen it's magnetized right here. If it gets disconnected it immediately stops the machine. It's rated for up to 220 pounds so I'm able to use this no problem. My kids are able to use it. I have a 12 and 14 year old and I find them walking on this all the time especially in the middle of winter when it's not as easy to get outside. Very easy to use so there is a play button which starts your machine and a stop which stops it obviously. The little plus and minus buttons determine how fast you want to go. The M will take you through different cycles but they already have preset in here and then if you tap the P you can see your time, your calories and your step count. Now if you happen to have this flipped down because you are working at your desk it has a remote. It's got a great little tray here so if you want to use this to hold your phone or your tablet or maybe even a book or something. This has been so convenient and makes your sedentary office life not so sedentary anymore. It's a great addition to have in your home. If you're looking to get a little more movement during the day up your step count this is a really really excellent way to do that and that's my point of view.
