Our Point of View on ratio KETO Friendly Lemon Bars From Amazon

Hi, I'm Amber. It's at WTI. And if you're looking for a really great snack bar that is gluten-free and keto friendly, this is it. This bar is delicious. Ratio's bars are just delightful. They have 12 grams of protein in it and it does not taste like protein powder, which I am a huge fan of. You instead have pumpkin seeds and almonds to help give you that protein. So it's very filling because it's very chewy. The lemon almond is delicious. The lemon is almost like a lemon essential oil. So it's a very powerful lemon flavor. And the two flavors really complement each other nicely. I really love how there's only one gram of sugar and it's not covered in any chocolate. So I can have this in my purse and I can leave it there for weeks and it's not going to melt on me. There's no flour in this. It's sweetened with stevia. So there's barely any sugar and it's just a really good bar. So because you're chewing so much from all the seeds and almonds, it's very filling. So I find it's very satisfying. I only need a few bites. So I find I'm good to put the rest back into my little bag to save for later. So I really enjoy these keto bars and that is my point of view.
