Hi there, Christina with WTI and I want to share with you the dry brush that I recently started using. It's from POPCHOSE. So it's a really nice little brush, has a great little handle for use here and it's something that I had really been wanting to try for a long time. I'm a big believer in trying to do the simple things to get better health. So things like drinking water, getting enough sleep. These are simple, economical things you can do and dry brushing just happens to fall right in that category. It was super economical for this brush. It does have boars, boar bristles and it's something that you just do right before you get in the shower. It helps your lymphatic system. It gets rid of dry skin. It says that it can even work on cellulite. So it is totally worth a try. The suggestion is to go ahead and gently brush your skin starting out. It might take you some time getting used to this feeling. The bristles are soft but firm. So you always work toward your heart. Same with your legs, you're going to work toward your heart. So from your legs you'll be working up. It is a great little brush. I definitely would recommend it and that is my point of view.
