Hey there, this is Stacey with WTI. Do you have a lot of old negatives and slides that you would love to use to walk down memory lane? Maybe you're nervous to use a machine to do that and bring them onto your computer, but you don't have to be nervous anymore thanks to this simple, easy to use machine from Plustek. This machine comes with everything that you need, really good instructions, and really fast, responsive customer service if you need extra help. The machine comes with two holders. One is specifically for slides, the other for your old negatives. We had a ton of old slides that I needed to scan in. All you have to do is put them onto the cartridge. It puts them right into the machine and feeds them in, and you can hear the machine scanning them. When it's done, it will spit them out, and then you can see it with the corresponding software right on your computer. I have an Apple computer I was a little bit nervous to use the software with, however, it worked wonderful, and I was able to save the negatives right onto my computer. The scanner also works really well because it takes away any dust or scratches that may have occurred on the slides or negatives. The negatives themselves in slides do have to be in bright condition, however, for the majority of the over 300 slides that we had, I was able to get over 150 that were scanned in so beautifully and came out really well. You will love using this machine to be able to recapture all of those old memories without difficulty, and that is my point of view.
