Hi, Elaine here with WTI. I have found an exercise that has no weights and no jumps. It is really easy on my knees and that's what I love. I have enjoyed learning how to do so many different positions. I love the PiYo Pike and I love the PiYo Pedal. And those two things can really give you a great core. I also like how there's a moderate exercise and then there's hardcore. If you want to go all out then you follow one person and if you want to go and just maybe not do as strenuous you follow the moderator. This is an amazing workout and I do love the schedule. You have two different schedules that you could do and this can really mix up your routine of exercise. If you're looking to change up your exercise and really sculpt your body then try PiYo. It's amazing. I highly recommend it and that's just my point of view.
