PITCH PULSE Bread Proofing Basket Set

Hi, this is Stacey with WTI. If you're looking to get into bread making, I have the perfect set for you from Pitch and Pulse. The Danish whisk works so well. It's really strong and really blends all of your bread ingredients. I really also like the dough scraper that it came with because not every loaf of bread that you make is going to turn out perfect. Let's face it, being able to scrape the Benetton bowls out worked wonderfully. I'm really happy and feeling confident that the next time I go to make bread, these bowls are ready. The Lamé that it comes with is also really razor sharp. It comes with a leather holder cover as well as extra bleeds, which is a really nice feature. I found that using the proofing bowls worked really well. These bowls are nice and deep, so you really have lots of room for all of your dough making needs. The covers that it comes with provide nice coverage if you're covering the dough or if you want to put them inside the bowls so that you can alleviate having the Benetton bowl markings. I'm confident that even an experienced breadmaker would really love this set, and I'm sure that you will no matter what level you're at. And that's my point of view.
