This is Pilates by Rael Esquitz and he is the founder of a practice called Bazzi Pilates. This is the third edition of the book. In this book, it has an expansion not only of Pilates floor work but on the reformer. So if you're looking for some different variations and some really good descriptions of how the body works and responds so well to Pilates, you will find them all in this book. The book is a generous 300 page manual. So you really have a lot of different coverage and a lot of different pictures as well to go along with descriptions of the various exercises. I find that this is just a go-to for Pilates, not only in trying to help others to be able to benefit but in helping myself to expand in my knowledge and an exercise that always makes me feel really good. You will not be left out at all when it comes to anything that you're looking for. So definitely check out this book. You'll be super pleased and happy with all of the different material that's covered in this publication. And that's my point of view.
