PEScience Select Protein Powder

Hey there, it's Megan with WTI and if you're anything like me and you love sweets but you have those protein goals that you're trying to hit, then this protein powder from PEScience might just be for you. I got the chocolate truffle flavor which I have found to be so yummy and it works in so many different recipes. It blends like an absolute dream for a really quick protein shake which is great for a shot of protein on those days when I'm super busy. I have been just dying to try the viral frozen s'mores. They look so delicious and this protein powder was just perfect for making them. This protein powder just seemed to become one with the whipped topping and the resulting frozen treat tasted like any other ice cream except I had that extra protein in there which also made this treat extra filling. I made an amazing gooey brownie mug cake with it. Now I may have underestimated the size of the dish. I needed to make it kind of overflow it a little bit but let me tell you it was incredible. For quite a while now I have really been focusing on building muscle and strength. I've done it really challenging to meet my high protein goals.
