Hey, it's Gina from WTI. I just love talking about food and when I find something that really impresses me by its quality and sustainable farming practices, I want to tell everybody about it. I'm so thrilled with the garbanzo beans that I got from Palouse brand. Now you may be thinking garbanzo beans, why are you even excited about that? But I just love eating garbanzo beans on many different things. They're definitely something that I add to my salad and I love to make my own hummus and soups and there's just so many different things that you can do with these. What I think makes these so special is how fresh they taste. They are dry garbanzo beans and you'll need to rehydrate them and then cook them before you taste them. But let me tell you what, I have had other dry garbanzo beans that did not taste good. These do not taste old. They are so flavorful and buttery and you can tell that they're high quality. They're not misformed, misshapen. They just look really healthy and they're non GMO. I live in the Pacific Northwest and these are farmed and processed just one state up from me and they have really amazing sustainable farming practices that make me super happy to use the product. If you're looking for a product that comes from a company that really cares about what they're doing and puts out a totally quality product, then I recommend checking out Palouse brand. I'm so happy with these chickpeas or garbanzo beans that I got. I highly recommend them and that's my point of view.
