P.J. KABOS 2025/26 Harvest USDA Organic Olive Oil

I wanted to try this trend of taking olive oil for its health benefits and I discovered P.J. KABOS Olive Oil. It has actually won awards in several countries for its quality and it has one of the highest polyphenol counts that I've seen out there. Now you can just take one tablespoon a day to receive those antioxidants that you need. Some people like to add a little bit of lemon because this does have a very robust flavor. Almost a peppery finish. Personally I think it's easier just to take a tablespoon with nothing because it's all about consistency. Now it comes in these great glass bottles that help preserve the olive oil's quality and a really great pouring spout so that there's no waste. And because it has the high smoking point, you can use this to roast vegetables as well. But the flavor really shines through when you use it as a salad dressing like we did for this caprese salad. It was gobbled within minutes. And if you're worried about ordering glass bottles online, just know that this two pack came so carefully packaged that I would not hesitate. And that's my point of view.
