Hello, my name is John with WTI and I wanted to show you my on-gold standard whey protein powder. Now I have used this for years and I absolutely love it. The main thing that I like about it is you get 24 grams of protein. So if you are having trouble getting protein in your diet, which I sometimes do, you get 24 grams of protein with only 120 calories. So for me, I absolutely love that. It gives me a chance to eat more but still get a lot of protein in my diet. As you can see, it is a nice chocolate flavor. This is chocolate flavor. It's a nice powder. When you mix it, it mixes very well. It basically just tastes like chocolate milk, I think. So I absolutely love the flavor for one. And also, you don't get that kind of chalky texture that you sometimes get with some protein powders. I find it just, it mixes up awesome. It tastes very good. And like I said, it's a very high quality protein. There aren't a bunch of fillers. There aren't a bunch of calories, which I absolutely love, especially if you're on a bit of a cut, if you're trying to trim down some of your fat, but keep your protein high for the day, then I absolutely love this. I've been taking this for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. It comes from this nice huge bag. So you're good to go. I think it's 80 servings. So I normally have one a day, more or less.
