ONETANG Dried Shiitake Mushrooms

Hello, it's Alicia with WTI. I've got the secret to super delicious soups. It's these dried mushrooms. These are shiitake mushrooms. This is from ONETANG and these shiitake mushrooms are amazing because they add so much flavor to different dishes. So what I love to do with these is add them to a stock. So when I am making the stock, it imparts this really yummy earthy flavor and you really get that mushroom without actually adding mushroom to your dishes. So I usually strain them out and I'm just left with that beautiful mushroom broth. You can also reconstitute these and use them just like you would any other regular fresh mushroom as well. But that's how I like to use them. So they last for a long time because they're totally dry. You can keep them in your pantry and you're able to just add a few to whatever dish you're making. If you want to add that mushroom flavor and get the health benefits of mushrooms as well. So I would definitely recommend these as an option for dried shiitake mushrooms. I think they're great. I always have them on hand and that's my point of view.
