OneRoot 100% Canadian Raw Honey

Hey, it's Megan with WTI and I have found the perfect way to add a little touch of sweetness to my life lately and it is with this OneRoot Wildflower Raw Honey. This honey is unpasteurized and pure, which is really important to me because it holds on to more potential health benefits. It is extremely light and clean tasting and I absolutely love the creamed texture. If you have ever tried creamed honey before, well, I really think that you don't know what you're missing. Since I have had honey in this format, I really can't imagine having it any other way now. The texture makes it really spreadable and I love it for adding a little touch of sweetness to any savory toast that I'm making. Even though this honey is in a creamed texture, it doesn't mean that you can't use it in any other regular way that you would use honey. I can easily add a spoonful of it to my tea and it completely melts in and stirs in perfectly. And if you have kids who like to dip their apple slices, or if you were like me and you're an adult who likes to do that, well, you can skip the caramel dip and just mix a little bit of cinnamon and sea salt with this honey and you have a perfect apple dip. The cream texture of this honey means that I can use it as an instant frosting too. I love to make homemade oat cakes and I find this creamed honey to be just excellent to spread straight onto my oat cakes. I think that the delightful taste of this honey just goes so well with the buttery flavor and delicate texture of the oat cakes. This one root honey has everything that I could ever want in honey. I totally love how pure and natural tasting it is. It's dipable, it's spreadable, it's stirable, but that's just my point of view.
