So these are great glasses like for him for road biking but if you are running, if you are moving, up and down, hitting some bumps here, this is a great pair of sunglasses for any type of fast movement. So I would say like for biking or running or you know anything really. Also the inside has this little nose piece that makes it built more for comfort which is also an added bonus. They are awesome at keeping the sun out and protecting your eyes. The price point for something like this is incredible. I feel like these kinds of glasses are always so expensive so the fact that this price is so incredible, I definitely think that makes it worthwhile as well. If you are looking for a great pair of sunglasses for biking or running or playing outside with the kids and this is what you are looking for, I definitely recommend this. But that is just my point of view.
