nutrazul Hydration Booster Sticks

If you're anything like me, then staying hydrated every day is probably just one of your goals. I'm Megan with WTI and this hydration booster from Nutrazul has really been helping me to meet that goal. I absolutely love how it comes in individual packets, so there's no measuring for me to do and it is so convenient for me to take with me on the go. Unlike other sugar-free electrolyte mixes, this one contains glucose, which is actually better because it helps our bodies to absorb the electrolytes better. I find that it mixes so easily into water and it tastes really really good and I can customize the sweetness level depending on how much water I add to it. I really appreciate it having this drink during and after working out. It's great for keeping my muscles from getting too seized up and tight during my workout and for recovery too. The weather is finally heating up here where I live, so I am really glad that I will now have this hydration booster to help me to withstand the heat, but that's just my point of view.
