Hi guys, this is Vanessa with WTI. This is my vitamin E oil that I take. It's from the NOW brand. It's the Sun E400. It is non-GMO, soy free. We take the 400 IU dose. And this was recommended to me by my naturopath that I see to be taken along with some other vitamins to help the other vitamins be more absorbed. And so I take this. It's a soft gel capsule. Not capsule, it's closed, I guess. So, pill, soft gel pill. Really small. You don't need a lot of water to chug it down or anything like that. Super easy to take. Highly recommend it. It's a vitamin E. It's good for skin, nails. Very much for skin. It's an antioxidant. Good for heart health, all kinds of stuff. So, do some research on what it's good for. But this stuff is really good. It's a good brand. Trusted brand. I love that it's non-GMO and soy free. Very important with vitamin E. A lot of vitamin E's that you find are not soy free. So this is a good one for that. And that's my point of view.
