I really love these notebook journals for a few reasons. One, I love their very simple minimalist design. I love the size of these as well. They are 5 x 8, so perfect to tuck into a bag or a purse or in a drawer on your desk. Something like that, these are just perfect. These are a gridded notebook. The paper has a subtle grid. It is not overwhelming. They just have a really nice feel to them. The paper feels great. It's a nice weight as well to write in. The binding is soft, flexible, but enough rigidity to hold it in place. The grid is perfect for design work or if you are an engineer. It is also great to use as a note taking notebook as well. We really like them. We have several of them. We use them for all kinds of things from sketches to little designs, notes, or even to write down our favorite cocktail recipes. I would definitely recommend these notebooks. We really love them and that's my point of view.
