Nonzero Adjustable Dumbbell Weights

Hey, it's Gina from WTI. I have to tell you about the best thing that has happened to our home gym and that's getting these nonzero gravity adjustable dumbbells. They are ideal for a small area. I'm showing you how I use them inside the house because you can see that you only need just a tiny spot in order to use them. So I started at 14 pounds, do my set. I can quickly just pop the handset into the other weights, click a button, turn the handle, click it back, pick it back up in the space of like five seconds and I'm back into my sets. They click into place really securely. So I have confidence when I do overhead movements that the plates are not going to be falling out and hitting me in the head. The process of going up and down on the weights is really smooth. The mechanism slides easily and I've had no issue at all in getting these plates to go into place. I cannot stress enough how much my husband loves these weights. He's been able to downsize the amount of equipment that he has in his gym and just use these adjustable weights for most of his exercises. And so things are a lot tidier and more organized and it takes so little time to make the adjustments to go up and down and wait. He's a busy guy and every moment that he has to work out, he needs to make count and he feels that he gets a much better workout within much less time by using these dumbbells. If you've been looking for a set of dumbbells that are easy to use, take up minimal space and are super quality, then these non-zero gravity dumbbells are the ones for you. I highly recommend them and that's my point of view.
