When you think of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, you may have thought about the Gene Wilder movie. You might have been thinking about the Johnny Depp movie. You might even have been fortunate enough to see it in a live performance. But we know that the classic was originally a book written by Roald Dahl. Now, of course, this is a complete treasure trove. Look at how incredible and brilliantly colored these pages are. I honestly don't think anyone could ever forget those Oompa Loompas. Oh, look at that, the difference in inventing rooms. Of course, this nugget, Augustus Gloop. Who can ever forget him? He loves chocolate. I absolutely loved picking this up and reading this is such an interesting book. And honestly, it's a classic. It brought me back to my childhood as well. And now that I have a daughter, I can't wait to introduce her a little bit further. Oh my goodness.
