I think that it has improved my neck. You just use a little bit, just a tiny little, and you just put it on and you just smooth it up on your neck. It's not oily. Sometimes I do have sensitivity to different products, but this is actually suited for sensitive skin and I have not had any reactions to it at all. It's actually been very nice in improving the appearance of my neck. I really have enjoyed using it and I will continue to use it and hopefully I'll have more improvements, hopefully.
