They're super lightweight if you're going to bring them with you anywhere. They're slip-on sneakers, so you don't have to lace them up. You just keep them laced like this and just slip your foot right in it. He loves to use these for running. He goes to the gym in these. He goes out and about using these. They're just a really perfect sneaker overall to do just about anything you need to do. He loves them and I think they're a great sneaker, absolutely great value, but that's just my point of view.
