It has a little top here that comes off and it's sort of like a Velcro. You pop it on. You put your facial pads that's really very soft. This is for the microdermabrasion to work. You pop it onto the system and the system has two settings. A low and a high. You have to get the pads wet and it has a foaming solution that is part of your treatment. And what I do is I use it three times a week and I usually set mine on low and I go all over my face about a couple of minutes in each section to get a really nice microdermabrasion. And this system really works very, very well. The pads, you just throw them away when you're done and you combine refills with your system. My face actually feels so much better, so much softer. It cuts down on wrinkles, large pores, acne, all those things for my face. I really love it and I think you will too. I highly recommend it and that is just my point of view.
