NEENCA Knee Brace with Ice Pack

Kate here with WTI and if you are recently recovering from an injury or maybe you just have sore tired muscles, this knee wrap from NEENCA could be exactly what you need. It is really well made. It has three ice packs so you can freeze those and have a nice cooling effect on your knee. You can also warm the packs up in the microwave or in warm water so if you want heat that's also an option. I love how well made the wrap is. So the velcro is extremely strong. It's not slipping off. You can still maintain mobility with this if you do need to walk around, move around, bend your knee. The packs slip into the pockets and they have a top so that they're not falling out really well designed. I do recommend letting the ice packs warm up just a little bit so that they maintain a little more flexibility because they are hard when they come right out of the freezer. But overall super well designed. I like that it has the pocket on the top here as well as the two that go the other way so that you can get optimum coverage. My father-in-law recently underwent knee surgery and so having an ice pack and knee wrap like this is ideal when you want to keep that swelling down and help when you're recovering from something like that. So I highly recommend it if you're looking for something similar and that's my point of view.
