So, Vitex is good for like your monthly cycle, making it more regular, making it so that you don't have as much hormonal imbalance, that kind of a thing. Now, I have to say that I've been taking it for about a month and I have really seen some major improvement. I had like no PMS this month. I feel like my hormones have been more balanced throughout the month. I feel calmer and that's the effect that I have had. The capsule itself is about an average size capsule. It is a gel outer capsule which I like a lot easier to swallow for me and like I said, just an average size, no taste, so I haven't had any trouble swallowing it. So I found that one capsule a day has done the trick. I like it. It's worked great for me and maybe it'll work for you and that's my point of view.
