It's a supplement for bone teeth, muscle and immune health support. This one comes with 300 tablets. It just has to take one daily. So this is perfect because I don't have to be buying bottles all the time. This one lasts for a long time, 300 days. This one's gluten free and I find this to be really important, especially in my life because I don't work out that much. And I work from home so I am not exercising the way I should. I take one tablet with water and a meal every day. The tablet is super small so I don't have any problems swallowing at all.
