Transcript
Good morning, it's Paula from WTI and I wanted to share these Nature’s Organic Quick Oats. So these are, they're ready in one minute but personally I feel like it takes more like four minutes because they are organic. They have a little bit more fiber than your typical instant oats which I personally like. So they are going to be creamy but they are going to have fiber which I think is great for your digestive health and I personally don't add the sugar when I'm cooking it because I love to load up on the toppings so I will put you know a dollop of coconut oil on there, coconut shavings, craisins, honey. So there's a lot of sugar and all that stuff and I've always topped off my kid's oatmeal with a splash of cold milk just to help it cool down. It's a really healthy breakfast that helps my kids stay full longer and that's what I need in the mornings. So if you want a quick healthy breakfast check this brand out and that's my point of view.
